At Helion 360, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
All sales of services are subject to a formal project agreement agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. Once work has begun, fees paid are generally non-refundable except as described below.
A deposit is required before most projects begin to cover initial planning and early-stage work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before any work starts, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion minus any administrative costs.
If Helion 360 cancels a project due to circumstances within our control, we will refund all fees paid for work not yet delivered and assist in transitioning the project if required.
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue within the agreed revision scope. Refunds are not issued for work completed in good faith that meets the agreed project brief, even if preferences change.
Digital products, templates, or downloadable assets are non-refundable once delivered and accessed.
