The Brief: Two Deliverables, One Cohesive Launch
When this client came to us, they were preparing to introduce a new product line and needed two core creative assets ready at the same time: a brand logo and a short promotional video. The video had a strict format requirement — 9:16 vertical orientation, 45 to 50 seconds in length — designed for mobile-first distribution.
The challenge was not just producing each asset well. It was making sure both felt like they came from the same brand.
Establishing Visual Identity First
Helion360 made a deliberate choice to finalize the logo before building the video. This gave us a defined visual language to work from — color palette, typographic tone, and overall aesthetic — so the video could reflect those decisions in every frame rather than being designed in a vacuum.
The logo itself needed to be professional, memorable, and versatile enough to carry across packaging, digital ads, and social content from launch day forward. We focused on making it clean and scalable without sacrificing distinctiveness.
Structuring the Video for a 47-Second Window
With the brand identity established, we moved into video production. The 45-to-50-second constraint required real discipline in scene selection and pacing. We built the video around a sequence of product scenarios — each one chosen to demonstrate a specific aspect of functionality — moving the viewer through the story quickly without losing clarity.
The 9:16 format was treated as a design decision, not just a technical spec. Composition, text placement, and motion were all built for vertical viewing behavior, which meant the video was genuinely optimized for the platforms where it would run.
The call-to-action was woven into the closing sequence rather than dropped in at the end as an afterthought. It felt like a natural conclusion to the story the video was telling.
What Was Delivered
The final video came in at 47 seconds — on format, on time, and visually consistent with the logo and brand direction. The client received a complete identity package alongside a launch-ready video asset that showed their products in action across multiple real-world use cases.
Both deliverables were ready on the coordinated timeline, giving the team a clean runway into their product launch without creative bottlenecks.
