When we came onto this project, the client was already deep into managing a multi-platform initiative spanning Sinsay, Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, and House. The problem was not a lack of effort — it was a lack of structure. Data was being collected inconsistently, and without a unified framework, cross-platform comparison was nearly impossible.
What the client needed was not just more data. They needed a research methodology that could be applied consistently across five distinct fashion e-commerce environments, each with its own audience and behavioral patterns.
Building a Unified Research Framework
Helion360 started by defining the research architecture before collecting a single data point. We mapped out what needed to be measured across each platform, then designed surveys and feedback mechanisms that were both platform-sensitive and structurally consistent.
Data collection ran in parallel across all five platforms. As responses came in, our team moved into analysis — segmenting findings by platform while also tracking patterns that appeared across the full dataset. The goal was to produce insights that were useful at two levels: granular enough for platform-specific decisions, and broad enough to inform overarching strategy.
From Raw Data to Decision-Ready Reports
The final output was a set of executive-style research reports built to support real decisions, not just summarize observations. Each report covered user behavior trends, shopping preferences, and qualitative feedback themes specific to that platform. A consolidated cross-platform summary tied everything together.
