The Starting Point
When this project came to us, the business had ambition but no infrastructure. There was a product list with potential, a desire to sell on Shopify, and a vague understanding that traffic needed to come from somewhere — but no defined process connecting any of it. The client had never set up a Shopify store before and needed someone who could take the entire operation from zero to functional.
The challenge was not just technical. It was sequential. Product selection had to come first, because building a store around the wrong products would mean rebuilding everything later. Traffic only made sense once the store was ready to convert. Each phase had to feed cleanly into the next.
How We Approached It
Helion360 started with a structured product research phase. We worked through the existing product list and evaluated each item against three criteria: margin potential, supplier reliability, and real market demand. That process reduced noise quickly and gave us a tightly focused catalog worth building around.
Store build came next. We configured the Shopify environment from the ground up — theme setup, product page architecture, collections, navigation, and checkout. Every decision was made with the end customer in mind. The goal was a store that looked credible, loaded fast, and made it easy to buy.
Once the store was live, we built out the initial traffic plan. We established the SEO foundation — metadata, page structure, keyword targeting — and set up a lean Google Ads campaign designed to generate early data without overcommitting budget. The approach was deliberate: test, learn, and scale what works.
What Was Delivered
The store launched on schedule with a validated product catalog in place. Within the first weeks post-launch, the traffic channels were active and generating early visitor data. The client had visibility into what was working and a clear picture of how to manage the business going forward.
Beyond the deliverables, the client walked away with context — understanding how the store was structured, how the ads were set up, and what metrics to watch. That knowledge transfer was built into the engagement from the start.
