The Presentation That Wasn't Ready for the Room
A 15-slide Figma investor deck covering financial metrics, market analysis, and company vision — the content was all there. The problem was the presentation didn't look the part. The slides were flat, lacked visual hierarchy, and weren't built to hold attention in a pitch setting. With a real investor meeting on the horizon and less than 24 hours to turn things around, the client needed more than minor tweaks.
Auditing Before Designing
Before opening a single frame, we reviewed the full deck to understand what the structure was trying to communicate. The content logic was solid, so we focused our energy on the visual layer — layout consistency, typographic scale, color usage, and how data was being presented across slides.
We built a unified visual system directly in Figma: a disciplined grid, a restrained color palette with intentional accent use, and type hierarchies that made it immediately clear what each slide was saying and what the viewer should focus on first.
Redesigning for Clarity and Impact
Financial slides were the most critical to get right. We stripped away visual noise and restructured charts and metrics so the key numbers read instantly. Market analysis slides were given a cleaner spatial layout so the narrative flow was easier to follow. The company vision section was elevated with stronger visual weight — designed to feel like a moment, not just another slide.
Helion360 divided the workload by section to maintain quality across all 15 slides without cutting corners under time pressure. Every decision was made with the investor audience in mind: busy, skeptical, and easily put off by poor design.
Delivered on Time, Used as Delivered
All 15 slides were completed and handed off within the 24-hour window. No revisions were requested. The client took the deck directly into their pitch meeting. The financial and market analysis sections received specific positive feedback for being easier to read and more persuasive than the originals.
This project is a good example of what Helion360 does best — coming in under pressure, understanding the real stakes, and delivering work that performs when it matters.
