How We Approached the Work
Helion360 started by mapping out what existed — categorizing references by supplement type, identifying where evidence was strong and where it was thin, and flagging areas that needed additional sourcing. This gave us a working architecture for the document before a single section was drafted.
From there, we conducted targeted literature searches to close the gaps, pulling from peer-reviewed databases and cross-referencing findings across sources. The synthesis covered key areas including collagen-supporting compounds, antioxidant mechanisms, NAD+ precursors, and adaptogens — each section structured around clinical evidence and biological rationale.
Every claim in the document was tied to a cited source. We wrote each section to serve both a scientific and general-interest reader, keeping the language precise without being impenetrable.
What Was Delivered
The final document was completed within the one-month window and delivered in a format ready for editorial review. No major structural rework was needed. The client's team could move directly into final publication preparation.
The synthesis was organized thematically, allowing readers to navigate by topic or by compound class. Accuracy was verified across the drafting and revision cycle, and the document reflected a consistent voice and evidence standard throughout.
