The Starting Point
A library of PowerPoint presentations and curriculum materials had grown organically over time — and it showed. Multiple contributors had built slides independently, leaving behind a trail of mismatched formatting, inconsistent fonts, and layouts that varied from deck to deck. The materials spanned marketing strategy, employee training, and financial reporting, which made the inconsistency even more visible across different audiences.
The curriculum had a separate but related issue. The instructional content was sound, but the structure made it hard for learners to follow. Sections felt disconnected, and some explanations lacked the clarity needed to move a learner confidently from one concept to the next.
How We Approached the Work
Helion360 started with a full audit before touching a single slide. We documented every inconsistency — formatting gaps, missing visual elements, sequencing problems — and used that inventory to build a plan before any revision work began.
Once we had a clear picture, we established a consistent visual framework and applied it across all presentations. Typography, color usage, and layout structure were standardized. Data that had been buried in text or presented in raw tables was rebuilt as clean charts and graphs that communicate at a glance. For the curriculum, we restructured lesson flow where it broke down and rewrote unclear passages without changing the underlying instructional content.
What Changed
The difference between the original materials and the final deliverables was significant. Presentations that previously required verbal walkthroughs to make sense now communicated clearly through layout and visual hierarchy. Financial reports became easier to read. Training decks became easier to follow. The visual polish brought all materials up to the same professional standard regardless of which department they were built for.
The curriculum revisions produced a cleaner learner experience from beginning to end. Transitions between topics felt intentional, explanations were sharper, and the overall flow supported comprehension rather than working against it.
Working With Helion360
This type of work — methodical, detail-driven, and spread across a range of materials — is exactly where Helion360 operates well. If your team is sitting on a set of presentations or training materials that need to be brought up to a consistent standard, we know what that process looks like and how to execute it without disrupting your workflow. We've done this before through board presentations, research-driven presentations with compelling content, and end-to-end UI/UX design across presentations, and we know what it takes to get it right.
