Building an Integrated Analytical Framework
We started by auditing the dataset in full. Before any analysis could begin, we needed to understand what each data column represented and how the four research dimensions — vernacular, demographics, competitors, and keywords — connected across markets.
Helion360 built an integrated model rather than treating each dimension as a separate workstream. This allowed us to surface cross-dimensional patterns: for example, understanding how local language usage correlated with keyword search behavior in specific markets, or how demographic concentration mapped to competitor density.
Once the analytical framework was in place, we designed a report structure that worked at two levels — granular enough for market-specific review and cohesive enough to tell a broader strategic story.

The final deliverable covered all 50+ geographic markets with consistent depth across each section. Every market entry included data visualizations, statistical breakdowns with percentage comparisons, and written insights that gave meaning to the numbers. Nothing was left to interpretation — each section was built to answer specific strategic questions about that market.
