The challenge was not simply producing a long document. It was producing the right document — one that extended the first phase's logic without redundancy, introduced new findings with methodological credibility, and held together as a unified research report rather than a collection of observations.

We structured the work around four primary research pillars, each assigned its own analytical treatment. Voter turnout data was examined across multiple election cycles to identify patterns tied to geography, demographics, and political context. Social media's electoral influence was assessed through documented behavioral shifts in voter mobilization and political communication during recent campaigns.
International influences were mapped through a combination of policy literature and case documentation, while the reform effectiveness section drew on official commission records and academic critique.
