Building a Research-First Strategy

On TikTok, we tracked algorithm trends and content patterns to surface creators and prospects whose audiences genuinely aligned with the client's market. On Instagram, we used engagement analytics and DM funnel data to identify warm prospect segments and partnership-ready accounts.
We also built in a secondary targeting layer for Spanish-speaking audiences — a demographic the client recognized as increasingly important but hadn't yet approached in a structured way.
What the Work Produced
By the end of the first campaign cycle, the client had a fully segmented lead database covering both platforms. Influencer contact lists were verified and audience-matched. Prospect profiles were prioritized by fit, not just availability. The marketing team could finally work with data rather than assumptions.
More importantly, the framework we delivered was built to last. The internal team didn't need us to keep the engine running — they had the process, the criteria, and the tools to maintain and expand it on their own.
Lead quality shifted noticeably. The team moved away from high-volume, low-conversion outreach toward focused conversations with contacts who were genuinely relevant. That shift showed up in pipeline activity almost immediately.
