The Starting Point
When we came onto this project, the Amazon storefront had just gone live — but it wasn't built to perform. Product listings were thin on keyword structure, descriptions weren't written with buyer intent in mind, and there was no external marketing driving traffic back to the store. The inventory also hadn't been evaluated against what the market was actually searching for.
These aren't uncommon problems for a newly launched store. But left unaddressed, they tend to compound — low visibility leads to low sales, which makes it harder to build reviews and ranking over time.
What We Did
Helion360 approached this in two parallel tracks: fixing the on-platform presence and building an off-platform traffic engine.
On the listing side, we started with keyword analysis to identify the terms buyers were actually using in relevant product categories. We then rewrote every listing — titles, bullet structure, descriptions, and backend fields — to align with those search patterns without sacrificing readability. The goal was copy that worked for Amazon's algorithm and converted real shoppers.
For product research, we analyzed the existing catalog, identified gaps, and mapped out complementary products with solid demand and manageable competition. That research fed directly into a prioritized expansion roadmap the client could act on immediately.
On the marketing side, we designed an automated email sequence structured around three key moments: post-purchase confirmation, a cross-sell window, and a re-engagement touchpoint. The sequence was built to run without manual input while still feeling personalized and relevant to recent buyers.
What Was Delivered
By the time we wrapped, the store had a complete set of fully optimized listings, a working email automation workflow, and a clear product research brief for future catalog growth. Every piece of work was tied to a specific outcome — better discoverability, stronger conversion copy, and a repeatable system for driving sales beyond Amazon's own traffic.
The Strategic Research Services that underpinned this project wasn't theoretical — it was built around the actual inventory, the real competitive landscape, and a practical email infrastructure the client could manage going forward.
Working With Helion360
If you're in a similar position — store live but underperforming, listings not ranking, no structured marketing in place — Helion360 has done this work before and knows what it takes to move the needle. We take on the full scope, from research and copywriting to campaign setup, so you're not left piecing it together on your own.
