The Research Challenge
Primary research at this level requires more than good questions — it requires careful planning, on-the-ground execution, and the analytical depth to turn raw conversation into usable insight. The client came to us needing structured interviews conducted with QSR operators and Field Service Representatives across Poland, two respondent groups with very different perspectives on the same products and services.
Coordinating this kind of fieldwork is operationally demanding. Each respondent brings different context, different vocabulary, and different levels of comfort with the interview format. Maintaining methodological consistency while keeping conversations natural and productive is a balance that requires both structure and adaptability.
How We Structured the Approach
We began by designing separate discussion guides for each respondent segment. QSR operators and FSRs interact with products and services from fundamentally different vantage points, and the questions needed to reflect that. Generic interview frameworks would have produced surface-level responses — our guides were built to surface the specific operational friction and experiential feedback the client needed.
From there, our team handled full coordination and execution of the face-to-face interview sessions across Poland. Every session was recorded and transcribed with care, preserving the full texture of each conversation. Helion360's analysis process went well beyond organizing responses — we coded the data thematically, mapped patterns across both respondent groups, and worked to identify where QSR and FSR perspectives converged or diverged in meaningful ways.
From Interviews to Actionable Intelligence
The final deliverable was not a stack of transcripts. The client received a structured thematic analysis alongside a findings report that connected respondent feedback directly to product and service implications. Recommendations were prioritized and specific — built to move into planning, not to sit in a folder.
The full engagement was completed on schedule. Every interview was documented, every insight was validated against the broader dataset, and the client walked away with a clear, evidence-based picture of how their QSR and FSR audiences experience their offering.
Working With Helion360
If your organization needs primary research that goes beyond basic data collection — fieldwork that is methodologically sound, logistically coordinated, and analytically complete — Helion360 is equipped to take it on. We have done this before, and we know what rigorous qualitative research looks like from first question to final recommendation.
