The brief was straightforward but time-sensitive: a completed product launch document in PDF format needed to become a polished PowerPoint presentation before a trade show the following week. The content was all there — features, benefits, market analysis, success stories — but it was structured for reading, not presenting. The challenge was rebuilding it from the ground up as a slide-by-slide narrative that could hold a room.
There was no existing PowerPoint template to build from, and the client's brand colors — #3399ff and #f5f5dc — needed to be applied consistently across the entire deck. That meant designing a visual framework while simultaneously reorganizing content for maximum clarity and impact.
How We Approached the Conversion
Helion360 began by auditing the full PDF to understand the content structure before touching a single slide. We mapped which sections would translate directly, which needed to be condensed, and where new transitional or context slides would improve the flow for a live audience.
A custom template was built around the client's brand palette, with color applied strategically to backgrounds, headings, callout boxes, and accent elements. Once the template was locked, we moved through the content section by section — opening with a product overview, moving into features and benefits, presenting the market analysis in a digestible visual format, and closing with success stories that reinforced credibility.
Slide copy was tightened throughout. Trade show audiences don't read — they scan. Every slide was written and laid out with that in mind.
What Was Delivered
The completed deck was handed off ahead of the event deadline. All original content areas from the PDF were represented, reorganized into a logical presentation flow rather than document order. Brand consistency was maintained from the title slide to the final frame, with no visual inconsistencies across the deck.
No revisions were needed. The client confirmed it was ready to present as delivered — which, on a one-week timeline, was exactly the outcome we were working toward.
