Matching Voice to Content, Slide by Slide
We started by studying the script and slide notes together — not just as text, but as a performance map. Some slides called for a measured, informative tone to walk through data. Others needed energy and warmth to land a product benefit or close a section on a high note.
Helion360 produced the full narration using a professional US-English female voice, recorded in a controlled audio environment. Pacing was adjusted slide by slide based on content density and intended emphasis. The final deliverable was 11 individually timed audio tracks, each aligned to its corresponding slide and ready to embed directly into the PowerPoint file. Tone remained consistent across the full deck — friendly, upbeat, and professional from the opening slide through the closing message.
No major revisions were needed. The client confirmed the deck performed exactly as intended when deployed at an industry event, with the narration reinforcing the visuals rather than competing with them.
