Playback trigger settings in PowerPoint — found under Playback > Start — offer three options: On Click, Automatically, and In Click Sequence. For a live launch presentation, Automatically is often the right choice when the video slide is standalone and the speaker wants to let the footage run without an additional click. Common Pitfalls That Undermine the Work

Underestimating the time required for final polish is nearly universal.
