What Goes Wrong When This Work Is Rushed

The result is something visually interesting that does not actually explain the process — viewers admire the look but cannot describe what the firm does after watching it. Every design decision should serve a communication goal; decoration that does not carry meaning should be cut.
A second common problem is inconsistency between the animated version and static versions of the same visualization.
