Suddenly, what started as a single logo becomes a sourcing problem — and if the original files were never properly prepared, each of these requests requires going back to square one.

Finally, treating the pack as complete without a usage guide is a missed step. Even a single-page PDF documenting minimum logo size (typically no smaller than 25mm wide in print, 100px in digital), clear space rules (usually 1x the cap height of the wordmark on all sides), and cohesive visual brand identity approved background combinations is what prevents well-intentioned misuse in the field.
