The second requirement is platform-specific sizing logic. Facebook feed, Instagram Stories, LinkedIn single-image posts, and YouTube thumbnails all have different aspect ratios and viewing contexts. A system that does not account for these differences at the template level forces manual rework on every asset.
The third requirement is a motion design language. Video ads on YouTube and LinkedIn are not just animated versions of static posts. They need an opening frame designed to hook within two seconds, a pacing structure suited to a six-second, fifteen-second, or thirty-second format, and an exit frame with a legible call-to-action.

Shipping without this pass shows immediately at scale.
Finally, building one-off assets instead of reusable templates means every new campaign restarts from zero. A system designed once and maintained well produces assets at a fraction of the ongoing effort.
