How We Approached the Work

Rather than patching what was already in place, we restructured the entire PPC architecture. Auto and manual campaigns were separated, match types were tightened, and bids were adjusted based on real conversion data rather than assumptions. At the same time, we rewrote product descriptions and backend search terms to reflect how customers actually search — not how the client assumed they did.
A custom keyword tracking dashboard and competitor monitoring framework were built alongside the campaigns, giving the team visibility into what was working and why.
What the Numbers Showed
Within 60 days, wasted ad spend dropped and ACoS improved across all three product categories. More than 40 target keywords saw organic ranking improvements, with several key SKUs reaching the first page of Amazon search results. Click-through rates on optimized listings moved up meaningfully, reflecting the stronger alignment between listing content and customer search intent.
