The Challenge
When the client came to us, they needed more than three separate documents — they needed a unified analytical framework. Financial modeling, SWOT analysis, and market research each had to be rigorous on their own, but more importantly, they had to align with one another. The deadline was firm, and the stakes were real: leadership needed these outputs to drive near-term strategic decisions.
The complexity was not in any single deliverable. It was in making all three cohere. A financial model built on assumptions disconnected from market realities would be unreliable. A SWOT analysis not grounded in research would be too generic to act on. Getting the integration right was the core of the work.
Our Approach
Helion360 started by building a shared foundation. Before any modeling began, we conducted structured market research to understand demand dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer behavior. That research became the input layer for everything else.
The financial models were developed in Excel with three scenario tracks — base, optimistic, and conservative — each tied to the market data we had gathered. Assumptions were documented and adjustable, giving the client full visibility into how the numbers moved. The SWOT analysis was then built on top of verified findings rather than internal opinion, connecting directly to competitor insights, identified opportunities, and quantified risks surfaced through the research phase.
What We Delivered
All three deliverables were completed on schedule. The financial model covered a full range of scenarios with linked, transparent assumptions. The SWOT was specific, evidence-backed, and structured for use in executive conversations. The market research report documented trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demand patterns in enough depth to stand on its own.
Taken together, the package gave the client a single, coherent view of their business position — something they could walk into a boardroom with and defend. Each component reinforced the others rather than existing in isolation.
