We began by working closely with the product and design teams to define what decisions actually needed research support. From there, we structured a research program that could be deployed through Prolific and Mechanical Turk without sacrificing methodological rigor.
Each study was designed with participant screening criteria, structured task flows, and clearly scoped objectives. We applied MaxDiff analysis for feature prioritization questions and used NVivo to process and interpret qualitative responses at scale. Critically, every research sprint was timed to align with active development cycles — so findings arrived when the team could actually use them.
