How We Approached It
Helion360 started with a full review of the client's brand guidelines before opening a single design file. Understanding the rules first meant we could apply them consistently across every template format — one-pagers, proposal documents, internal reports, and slide decks.
Adobe InDesign served as the primary build environment. We structured each template with locked zones for brand elements, editable areas for content, and clearly labeled layers so non-designers could use the files confidently. Master slides and paragraph styles were set up to enforce consistency automatically, reducing the chance of formatting drift when content was swapped in.
Work was organized into daily priority queues so the three-hour window was used efficiently. The client received completed files on a rolling basis rather than waiting for a bulk delivery at the end.
What the Work Produced
By the end of the engagement, the client had a complete, ready-to-use template library covering every major document type. Marketing materials were visually unified across both print and digital formats. Presentations no longer required manual cleanup before each use. Business documents reflected a consistent brand identity that matched the client's current standards.
The templates were built to be used directly by the internal team — no design experience required, no reformatting needed. The client adopted them immediately, and the recurring bottleneck around document preparation was effectively removed.
