Helion360 approached this in two distinct phases. The first was public records research — working through each property and business entry to identify ownership history, check for active liens or judgments, and flag any court filings that would affect the contact's situation or motivation.
The second phase was skip tracing. For entries where ownership information existed but current contact details did not, we worked through layered data sources to surface verified phone numbers, mailing addresses, and where possible, email contacts. Each data point was sourced and documented so the client understood the confidence level behind every record.
This kind of work demands patience and precision. A single skipped verification step can produce a lead that wastes time downstream, so we treated accuracy as non-negotiable throughout.
Delivering a Database Built for Action
Once research and skip tracing were complete, we moved into structured data entry. The final spreadsheet was built with the end user in mind — standardized column headers, consistent formatting, no duplicate records, and clear flags on entries where verification was partial. The client did not need to reformat or clean anything before using it.
The completed database covered every record on the original list, with public record findings, verified contact information, and ownership details consolidated into a single, navigable file.
