The Starting Point
When we took on this project, the client's Shopify store was functional but disconnected from the brand's growth trajectory. Product pages needed restructuring, brand consistency was uneven across sections, and the site wasn't optimized to support the product launches the client was planning. That alone was a substantial scope of work — but it was only one piece of the puzzle.
Running parallel to the site work was a social media strategy that needed to do more than just generate content. It had to speak to specific customer segments, align with the brand voice being refined on the website, and land with enough strategic clarity to be repeatable beyond a single campaign cycle.
Layered on top of both was an SEO gap the client knew existed but hadn't yet addressed. Without a clear picture of which keywords were actually relevant and competitive, neither the site updates nor the social campaigns could be optimized for organic reach.
How We Approached It
Helion360 structured the engagement around three parallel workstreams that were kept deliberately connected throughout execution. The Shopify audit came first — we reviewed page hierarchy, product layout, navigation flow, and brand alignment, then built an update plan around the pages most critical to the upcoming product launches.
The keyword research ran alongside the site work. We identified high-intent search terms relevant to the client's product categories, evaluated their competitive landscape, and translated those findings into on-page recommendations. Updated meta content, product descriptions, and key landing page copy were all informed by that data.
For social media, we developed a campaign framework that matched the audience segmentation the client had started to define. Rather than producing standalone creative, we built a structure with consistent themes, messaging pillars, and a timeline tied to the product launch calendar — so the campaigns would feel like an extension of the website, not a separate effort.
What Got Delivered
The updated Shopify store reflected a cleaner brand presentation with restructured product pages and improved navigational logic. The keyword research output gave the client a prioritized, actionable SEO roadmap segmented by intent and competition. And the social engagement graphics were designed to be executed immediately, with targeting parameters and content themes already defined.
All three deliverables were aligned — a deliberate outcome, not an accident. The client left with a digital foundation where the website, search strategy, and social presence were all pointing in the same direction.
