The Starting Point
The project arrived as a collection of technically precise vector floor plans — accurate in every spatial detail but not built for an investor audience. Each PDF had been created independently, which meant the formatting, labeling style, and visual tone varied from document to document. For a presentation environment where first impressions matter, that inconsistency was a real liability.
Some of the floor plans were also significantly more complex than others, with dense layering and fine detail that required careful review before any design decisions could be made. The work demanded patience and precision from the start.
Building a Design System First
Rather than applying surface-level styling and moving on, we invested time upfront in developing a cohesive design language. That meant defining a consistent type hierarchy, a clean color palette, and a layout grid that could flex across documents of varying complexity without losing coherence.
We presented rough sketches and sample layouts before committing to full production. This step proved essential — it gave the client a clear picture of the direction and allowed us to align on tone and structure early. Helion360 approached this not as a series of individual files but as a single interconnected system.
Execution Across the Full Document Set
With the framework locked in, we moved through each floor plan methodically. Every spatial callout, label, and annotation was treated with the same care as the underlying technical drawing. Nothing was genericized or templated in a way that lost meaning — the goal was to make complex information easier to read, not to simplify what the floor plans were actually communicating.
The final output was a complete suite of presentation-ready documents that read as a unified package. Clean, modern, and built to hold up in a professional investor meeting.
Working With Helion360
If you're working with investor pitch decks and technical documents that need to perform in front of a demanding audience, Helion360 is equipped to handle that kind of project. We've navigated complex source files, built design systems from the ground up, and delivered materials that hold up in investor meetings.
