Project Overview
When a fast-growing startup needed a Figma pitch deck that could hold the attention of discerning investors and clearly communicate an ambitious vision, they brought in Helion360 to lead the design effort. The engagement was structured for ongoing collaboration, with weekly delivery milestones and a close working relationship with the startup's internal marketing and development teams.
The Challenge
The core difficulty was not simply producing attractive slides. The startup had a rapidly evolving brand identity, a complex product story, and a tight timeline. Every slide needed to balance visual impact with strategic clarity, ensuring investors understood the business model, market opportunity, and growth trajectory within seconds of viewing each section.
Existing drafts were inconsistent in tone and layout, and several sections lacked the narrative cohesion required to move an audience from curiosity to conviction. The deck also needed to be technically compatible with interactive prototype elements that the development team planned to embed during live presentations.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing content and mapping each slide to a clear storytelling objective. We restructured the narrative flow to follow a logical investor-friendly arc: problem definition, solution framing, market sizing, traction, business model, and team.
All design work was executed in Figma, enabling real-time collaboration and version control across teams. We built a master component library aligned with the startup's brand guidelines, ensuring typographic consistency, color fidelity, and icon uniformity across all 24 slides.
Implementation
Our team designed interactive prototypes within Figma to simulate the presentation flow, allowing the startup's founders to rehearse transitions and refine messaging before the final deck was locked. We worked closely with the development team to ensure that any embedded UI mockups were pixel-accurate and contextually positioned.
Each slide went through two rounds of structured feedback, with revisions tracked and implemented efficiently within the weekly delivery cycle.
Delivery and Final State
The completed Figma pitch deck comprised 24 fully designed slides, a reusable component library, and an exportable PDF version for distribution. Helion360 delivered a presentation that was visually cohesive, brand-compliant, and strategically structured to support the startup's upcoming investor conversations.
