Project Overview
A fast-growing tech startup came to Helion360 with two urgent deliverables: a polished, conversion-ready website built on Squarespace and a compelling startup pitch deck designed to support an upcoming investor meeting. Both assets needed to be completed under a tight deadline without compromising on quality or strategic clarity.
The Challenge
The startup had a strong product and a clear vision, but their existing digital presence did not reflect either. Their website lacked structure and visual coherence, and they had no pitch deck to speak of. The team needed both assets delivered quickly, with consistent branding across both — a dual-deliverable brief that required precise coordination and focused execution.
Adding complexity was the speed requirement. The founders were preparing for investor conversations within days, which meant there was no room for extended revision cycles or misaligned creative direction.
Our Approach
We began with a focused discovery session to understand the startup's product positioning, target audience, and tone. From that brief, we established a lean visual identity system — a defined color palette, typography hierarchy, and iconography style — that would anchor both the website and the pitch deck.
For the Squarespace website, we prioritized clean layout architecture, fast-loading pages, and a narrative flow that moved visitors from problem awareness to product value to a clear call to action. Every section was designed with intent.
For the startup pitch deck, Helion360 structured the narrative across key slides: problem, solution, market opportunity, product overview, traction, team, and ask. Visual hierarchy was used deliberately to guide attention and reduce cognitive load for investors reviewing the deck under time pressure.
Implementation
Both deliverables were executed in parallel to meet the deadline. We used structured feedback loops — sharing design progress at defined checkpoints rather than waiting for full completion — which kept revision cycles short and direction aligned.
The Squarespace build was completed with custom section styling and mobile-optimized layouts. The pitch deck was delivered as a fully formatted, presentation-ready file with slide notes included for speaker reference.
Delivery and Outcome
Both the website and investor pitch deck were delivered on schedule. The startup entered their investor meetings with a coherent visual identity across digital and presentation touchpoints — a level of polish that reflected the credibility of the business itself.
