Responsive and open to correction. I have been a customer of Helion360 for over 5 yrs, I appreciate that they have a catalog of slides but the membership allows for slide creations. I always use my entitlements yearly to assist me in my day to day tasks. What I appreciate is that they give me a few diffrent design options and when I need it they make corrections and edits if needed. In some cases the first submission is good enough but in others I've asked for edits and they do them without complaint or asking for additional compensation. Im surprised by lower ratings, if you want a comprehensive perfect deck hire someone to know your busssiness but for what Helion360 does they are a 5 star service.

Quality work done with quick turnaround time… Helion360 were very prompt in handling my email and understanding my project requirements. From the draft I gave him for the slide design, the initial draft was out within a week, with the design done to a high quality, without needing much guidance from me and revisions. Revisions of draft were done quickly and to expectations. It was a smooth experience collaborating with his team at an affordable cost and I will be back for more
