NovaBridge came to us at an early but critical stage. They had a presence on LinkedIn, Webflow, WordPress, and Canva — but none of it was working together. Updates were inconsistent, visual branding varied from platform to platform, and the internal team was stretched too thin to keep up with the volume of work each channel demanded.

How We Approached It
Helion360 began with a structured audit across every active platform. We needed to see the full picture before touching anything. That audit surfaced outdated content, inconsistent branding, and a long backlog of unfinished tasks that had quietly accumulated.
We worked across all channels in parallel. The LinkedIn company profile was restructured with sharper messaging and a more defined positioning. On Webflow and WordPress, we cleared the backlog — handling content updates, layout corrections, and maintenance tasks that had been deprioritized. Canva became the center of our content production workflow, where we built branded templates for social graphics and presentation assets. We also developed a suite of Google Slides decks to support the team's internal and external communications.
What Got Delivered
The results were visible across every platform. LinkedIn engagement improved following the profile overhaul and consistent posting activity. Both the Webflow and WordPress sites were brought up to date and left in a state that the internal team could manage with confidence.
The Canva template system we built gave NovaBridge a repeatable process for creating on-brand visuals — removing the need to design from scratch every time. The Google Slides decks were presentation-ready and used directly by the team. Every deliverable was completed within scope and without requiring the client to micromanage individual tasks.
