The Challenge
The client came to us with a broad but demanding brief: bring a series of marketing ideas to life through 2D animation, spanning explainer videos, social media content, and promotional materials — all designed for deployment across multiple platforms. While the core assets were provided in the form of keyframes, rough storyboard sketches, and creative guidelines, the real complexity lay in translating loosely defined concepts into polished, on-brand motion graphics that could perform equally well on a social feed, a landing page, and in a promotional video context. Each output format carried its own technical specifications, pacing requirements, and visual expectations, making this a project that demanded both creative flexibility and disciplined execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by reviewing all provided assets — keyframes, storyboard sketches, and brand guidelines — to establish a clear visual language before any animation work began. Rather than treating each deliverable as a separate project, the team developed a unified motion style that could be consistently adapted across the different output formats. Timing and easing were carefully calibrated to match the intended platform rhythm, with snappier transitions built for social media and more measured pacing used for the explainer video sequences. All animation was produced in Adobe After Effects, with compositions structured for efficient revisions and multi-format exports. Close attention was paid to how each animated element interacted with the provided assets, ensuring the final motion felt purposeful and cohesive rather than decorative.
The Outcome
The project resulted in a complete suite of motion graphics assets ready for immediate deployment across social media, promotional video placements, and digital marketing channels. Each animation was exported in the appropriate format and resolution for its intended platform, reducing any friction in the client's publishing workflow.
