The Challenge
A fast-growing New York City startup came to us with an ambitious but demanding request: modernize a library of 315 existing infographics to align with their evolving brand identity and meet the visual standards of a competitive market. The infographics spanned a wide range of data types and subject matter, each requiring individual attention rather than a simple template swap. The core challenge was not just aesthetic — it was about preserving the informational integrity of each piece while elevating its visual impact. The client needed a design partner who could process high volume without sacrificing precision, maintain brand consistency across hundreds of unique layouts, and deliver work that actively improved audience comprehension and engagement.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a thorough audit of the existing infographic library, cataloguing design inconsistencies, outdated visual conventions, and areas where data hierarchy was unclear or misleading. From this audit, the team developed a cohesive modernization framework — a shared design language built on the client's brand palette, typography system, and data visualization principles — that would serve as the backbone for all 315 assets. Rather than treating each infographic as an isolated task, the work was organized into thematic batches, allowing the team to maintain visual cohesion across related content while still addressing the specific layout and data needs of each individual piece. Adobe Illustrator was used throughout to ensure every element was fully scalable, editable, and export-ready across multiple formats. Iterative review checkpoints were built into the workflow so the client could provide feedback on representative samples before full-scale production continued, reducing revision cycles and keeping the project on schedule.
The Outcome
All 315 infographics were successfully redesigned and delivered as a cohesive, brand-aligned visual asset library. Each piece reflected the startup's innovation-forward identity while communicating complex data more clearly and accessibly than the originals. The modernized visuals were structured for flexibility — suitable for digital publishing, social media distribution, presentations, and print — giving the client a versatile content toolkit ready for immediate deployment. The project demonstrated that high-volume design work and high design standards are not mutually exclusive; with the right system in place, both are achievable simultaneously.
Helion360 brings the same structured, brand-conscious approach to every large-scale visual project — whether it is a single flagship asset or a library of hundreds.
