The client, a growing Amazon-focused e-commerce brand, needed a comprehensive visual overhaul across their product listings and branded storefront. The challenge was not simply aesthetic — every design decision had to serve a commercial purpose. Amazon's A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) modules follow strict dimensional and formatting constraints, meaning creative freedom must coexist with platform compliance. Beyond technical limitations, the brand needed visuals that could communicate product value within seconds, speak to a specific customer profile, and maintain a cohesive identity across dozens of individual listing pages and a full storefront build. Existing assets were inconsistent, and the brand lacked the infographic language necessary to convert browsers into buyers at scale.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached the project by first mapping the customer journey across the Amazon storefront — understanding the moments where visual storytelling could directly influence a purchase decision. The team audited existing brand assets and established a unified visual system, including typography, color palette, iconography, and photography treatment guidelines that would carry consistently across all deliverables.
From there, the team designed a full suite of A+ Content modules tailored to each product category, ensuring that every panel communicated a clear benefit rather than merely describing a feature. EBC infographics were developed with a feature-callout structure, using layered product imagery, iconographic highlights, and concise copy to guide the shopper's eye through the most persuasive information first. The branded storefront was designed as a cohesive editorial experience — sectioned by product line, anchored by strong hero imagery, and built to support both desktop and mobile browsing behaviors on the Amazon platform.
