The Challenge
A growing e-commerce platform selling high-quality products sourced from around the world needed a suite of Amazon infographics that could do significant work on the product listing page — and do it fast. Their customer base spanned two very different audiences: digitally native shoppers who scan quickly and expect rich visual data, and first-time online buyers who need clear, reassuring guidance before committing to a purchase. Designing for both simultaneously, while also communicating product features, competitive comparisons, and customer trust signals, presented a genuine creative and strategic challenge. Generic stock-style layouts would not cut it — every frame needed to carry meaning and convert attention into confidence.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the client's top-selling product categories and reviewing the competitive landscape on Amazon to understand what visual conventions existed — and where there was room to stand out. Research into current infographic trends on the platform informed the structural decisions for each of the six assets. Rather than treating each infographic as a standalone graphic, the team developed a cohesive visual system — consistent typography, iconography, and color logic — that allowed individual pieces to function independently while feeling unified across the listing. Each infographic was mapped to a specific conversion goal: one focused on product feature highlights, another on side-by-side product comparisons, and a third dedicated entirely to surfacing customer testimonials and verified reviews in a format that felt credible rather than promotional. The remaining three addressed use-case scenarios, quality certifications, and a visual FAQ to address common pre-purchase objections. All six were designed to be clean, scannable, and mobile-optimized for Amazon's image display format.
The Outcome
The final deliverable was a set of six production-ready Amazon infographics, each tailored to a distinct stage of the buyer's decision journey — from initial discovery through to trust-building and final consideration. The visual system was consistent enough to reinforce brand identity, yet flexible enough to serve different content needs without feeling repetitive. The client received assets that translated complex product data into imagery that both tech-savvy consumers and first-time buyers could process at a glance. The infographics were delivered in Amazon-compliant dimensions and formats, ready for immediate upload without revision cycles.
Helion360 brings the same data-driven visual thinking to any e-commerce brand looking to turn product listings into high-converting assets.
