The Challenge
Selling on Amazon is no longer just about having a good product — it is about winning the visual and algorithmic battle at every scroll. This client operated across multiple product categories and needed a cohesive design solution that could serve both the platform's strict content guidelines and the demands of a competitive marketplace. The challenge was multi-layered: product listing images needed to communicate value instantly, A+ content modules had to educate and convert at the same time, and every visual element had to align with Amazon's evolving specifications while remaining distinctive enough to stand out from hundreds of competing listings. Generic templates and off-the-shelf designs simply would not work for a seller operating at this scale and across this range of categories.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this as a conversion design problem first and a visual design problem second. The team began with a thorough audit of the client's existing listings, identifying gaps in image hierarchy, missing lifestyle context, and weak A+ module structure. From there, the work was organized into two streams running in parallel. The primary product images were rebuilt with clean white-background photography composition, keyword-informed overlay copy, and feature callouts sized and placed to perform on both desktop and mobile. The A+ content modules were designed as narrative sequences — each row of a module purposefully guiding the shopper from problem awareness through product benefits to a purchase-ready conclusion. Icon systems, color palettes, and typographic hierarchies were standardized across all modules to project a consistent brand presence regardless of category. SEO-informed copy framing was woven into the visual layout to reinforce discoverability at the listing level.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete suite of Amazon-ready design assets covering multiple product categories, including optimized main listing images, secondary feature images, and fully structured A+ content pages built to Amazon's current module specifications. Each listing was delivered with brand-consistent visuals, conversion-focused layouts, and scalable design templates the client could use for future product launches without starting from scratch. The structured A+ modules gave the brand a polished, authoritative presence that matched what shoppers expect from established sellers — reducing friction at the point of decision and supporting stronger conversion rates across the catalog.
Helion360 works with e-commerce brands that need design to do more than look good — it needs to perform inside the constraints and opportunities of platforms like Amazon.
