The Challenge
When a growing service business approached us to mark their one-year anniversary, the ask extended well beyond a simple logo refresh. They needed a cohesive visual identity that could travel across multiple surfaces simultaneously — a web-ready anniversary logo, a set of custom stickers aligned to their existing brand language, and printed magnetic decals for their van fleet. The complexity lay in maintaining visual consistency across formats that vary significantly in size, substrate, and viewing context. A design that reads clearly on a website background must also hold up at scale on the side of a moving vehicle and retain clarity at the smaller dimensions of a sticker. Getting all three right, while also capturing the celebratory spirit of a one-year milestone, required both strategic thinking and precise execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the client's existing brand assets to understand the color palette, typography, and tone already in use. From there, the team developed an anniversary lockup — a purpose-built logo variation that layered milestone messaging onto the core brand without replacing it. The design was engineered with adaptability in mind: vector-based artwork ensured scalability from a small sticker format all the way to a large vehicle magnetic panel without any loss of fidelity. Color specifications were locked to values that translate faithfully across both digital RGB and print CMYK environments, preventing the common pitfall of colors that look vibrant on screen but dull in print. Each deliverable was then adapted from the master artwork — the web logo was exported with transparent background support for flexible placement, the sticker set was sized and bleed-prepared for production, and the van magnets were formatted to exact print-ready specifications with safe zones respected throughout.
The Outcome
The client received a complete anniversary brand identity package that included a web-optimized logo, a production-ready sticker set, and print-ready magnetic decals sized for their van fleet — all unified under a visual identity system that felt celebratory without straying from their established brand. The consistency across touchpoints meant that whether a customer encountered the brand online, received a sticker, or spotted a branded van in traffic, the anniversary message landed clearly and professionally. The deliverables were handed off with organized file sets for both digital and print use, enabling the client to deploy immediately across channels without additional design intervention.
