The Challenge
A brand preparing for an upcoming trade show needed a professionally designed 3'x6' fabric banner that could do serious work on the event floor — attract attention, communicate product value, and reinforce brand identity, all at a glance. The challenge went beyond simply placing a logo on a large canvas. The design had to balance bold visual impact with clear, readable messaging, integrate a tagline and key product benefits without cluttering the layout, and remain perfectly on-brand within a tight turnaround. With printing lead times and event setup logistics already in motion, there was little room for back-and-forth or guesswork.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached the brief as a brand communication challenge first and a production task second. The team began by reviewing the client's existing brand assets — logo files, color palette, and tone of voice — to establish a visual foundation before a single element was placed. From there, the layout was structured around a clear visual hierarchy: the logo anchored prominently at the top, the tagline given immediate visibility in the mid-zone, and product benefits arranged in a clean, scannable format toward the lower panel. Vibrant, high-contrast color choices were selected to ensure the banner would stand out in a busy trade show environment without sacrificing brand consistency. Typography was chosen for both personality and legibility at distance, and all elements were sized and spaced with physical print dimensions in mind to prevent any distortion or cropping at the 3'x6' format. The final file was delivered print-ready, in the correct resolution and color profile required by the fabric printing process.

The completed banner design was delivered within the agreed timeline following final copy approval, giving the client sufficient time to send files to print and coordinate event setup without pressure. The design successfully consolidated the company logo, core product messaging, and brand tagline into a single cohesive visual that was both striking and professional.
