The Challenge
The client came to Helion360 with a clear ambition but a fragmented visual identity. They had a foundational brand direction in place, but their logo lacked the boldness and versatility needed to perform across digital platforms, print materials, and social media simultaneously. Their brand colors had not been formalized into a cohesive system, and their internal presentation materials were inconsistent and visually disconnected from the broader brand story. What made this project particularly demanding was the triple scope — logo design, brand color architecture, and PPM slide templates all needed to feel like one unified system, not three separate deliverables. The client wanted a brand that was confident and distinctive, yet approachable enough to resonate across multiple audiences and contexts.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a thorough brand discovery phase, reviewing the client's existing visual assets, industry positioning, and the platforms where the brand would live most prominently. From this foundation, the team developed a custom logo concept designed for scalability — ensuring it read clearly at both favicon size and large-format print. Alongside the logo, a refined brand color palette was architected using primary, secondary, and neutral tones with defined usage rules to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Once the core visual identity was locked in, the team translated the system directly into a suite of PPM slide templates, applying the new logo, palette, typography, and layout principles to create presentation assets that were immediately usable for internal meetings and executive communications. Every design decision — from typeface pairing to color contrast ratios — was made with both aesthetic intention and practical usability in mind.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete, production-ready visual identity system: a versatile logo delivered across multiple formats and use cases, a fully documented brand color palette with clear hierarchy, and a set of PPM slide templates ready for immediate deployment in internal meetings and presentations. The client received a brand toolkit that was cohesive from the first slide to the last social media post — bold enough to stand out in a competitive market, and structured enough to scale as the organization grows. The PPM templates in particular gave the internal team a professional, on-brand starting point for every presentation, reducing design friction and ensuring consistent visual communication across all stakeholder-facing materials.
Helion360 works with brands at every stage of their identity journey — from ground-up design to system refinement — delivering visual frameworks built to last.
