The Challenge
A health and wellness startup came to us at a critical stage: they had a strong product concept and a clear target audience, but no visual identity to show for it. They needed a brand and app design system built from scratch — one that could speak to health-conscious consumers, feel trustworthy and modern, and scale across a digital product, social media, and web presence simultaneously. The complexity lay in the range of deliverables required. Logos, app icons, website banners, and social media graphics all needed to feel like they belonged to the same world, while still serving distinct functional purposes across different touchpoints. Getting that cohesion right — especially for a startup operating at speed — demanded both strategic thinking and precise execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a foundational visual language before producing a single asset. The team developed a color palette and typography system grounded in wellness-aligned principles — clean whites, calming naturals, and accents that communicated energy without aggression. This visual foundation informed every subsequent design decision. The logo was developed with versatility in mind, working seamlessly across app icons, social thumbnails, and full-width website banners. Once the core brand identity was locked in, the team extended it across the app interface, ensuring that UI-level graphics — icon sets, onboarding screens, and feature illustrations — maintained the same tone and style as the broader brand. Social media graphics and website banners were produced last, adapting the identity into formats optimized for engagement and conversion. Throughout the process, feedback loops were kept tight, and all assets were delivered with organized source files and a basic usage guide to support the startup's internal team going forward.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete visual system that the startup could deploy immediately across all channels. Delivered assets included a primary logo with variants, a full app icon set, website banners, and a suite of social media graphics — all built within a consistent brand framework. The startup's team gained not only finished assets but also a reusable design foundation that would support future marketing campaigns and product updates without requiring a rebuild from scratch. Helion360 gave the client what early-stage brands rarely manage to achieve: a visual identity that looked established from day one.
