The Challenge
The client came to Helion360 with three interconnected design needs — a product logo, custom box packaging, and a product catalogue — all of which needed to feel like they belonged to the same brand. The complexity was not in any single deliverable in isolation, but in ensuring visual coherence across all three. A logo that did not translate well to physical packaging, or a catalogue that felt visually disconnected from the brand mark, would undermine the credibility and professionalism the client was working to establish. With brand guidelines still being refined and multiple materials in progress simultaneously, there was a real risk of inconsistency creeping in at every stage.
Our Approach
Helion360 treated this as a unified brand identity project rather than three separate design tasks. The process began with the logo, since every other visual element needed to reference and extend from that foundation. The team established a clear visual language — including color palette, typography, and graphic style — before moving into the box design. Packaging was developed with both visual appeal and structural logic in mind, ensuring the design worked across all faces of the box while maintaining shelf presence and brand clarity. The catalogue was then built using the same design system, with layouts that balanced product information and imagery in a way that felt engaging rather than cluttered. At each stage, design decisions were cross-referenced against the brand identity to ensure every element reinforced the same story.
The Outcome
The project resulted in a complete brand identity system with logo, packaging, and collateral materials — all aligned under a single, consistent visual identity. The client received assets that could be used independently or together without any loss of brand coherence. The catalogue in particular was designed to function as a sales tool, with layouts that guided the reader naturally through the product offering. By treating all three deliverables as parts of a larger brand system rather than isolated tasks, Helion360 ensured the final output was greater than the sum of its parts.
If you are working on a product launch or brand refresh that spans multiple touchpoints, Helion360 can help bring all of those elements together into one coherent visual identity.
