The Challenge
A growing tech startup based in Berlin came to us with a clear ambition but no visual identity to match it. They needed more than just a logo — they required a complete, cohesive brand system that could work across print and digital touchpoints simultaneously. The scope included three distinct logo variations, professionally designed business cards, and custom stamp artwork versatile enough for both physical use and digital signatures. The real complexity lay in balancing two opposing demands: the design had to feel sleek, modern, and unmistakably professional, while also carrying a sense of personality and innovation that would differentiate the startup in a competitive European tech market. With no existing brand foundation to build from, every creative decision had to be made from scratch — and made well.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a discovery phase, working closely with the client to understand their brand values, target audience, and competitive landscape in the Berlin tech ecosystem. Rather than jumping straight into execution, the team mapped out a visual direction that would thread consistently through all three deliverables. The logo exploration covered a primary mark, a compact secondary version, and a simplified icon variant — each suited to different contexts such as website headers, email signatures, and physical stationery. Typography, color palette, and spacing rules were established early so that the business cards and stamp designs would feel like natural extensions of the same system rather than standalone pieces. Each stamp design was engineered to reproduce cleanly at small sizes and in both full-color and single-ink formats, ensuring maximum versatility across use cases.
The Outcome
The final delivery included three fully refined logo variants, two business card layout options optimized for professional printing, and a set of custom stamp designs ready for both digital export and physical production. The client received all assets in organized, production-ready file formats covering print, web, and scalable vector formats. The result was a unified brand identity that gave the startup a credible, polished presence from day one — enabling them to show up consistently across every client interaction, whether handing over a business card in a meeting or sealing a document with a branded stamp.
Helion360 regularly partners with early-stage and growth-phase companies to build brand identity systems that scale — from the first logo to a full visual language.
