The Challenge
Viva Company, a New York-based startup, needed more than just a logo — they needed a complete visual identity that could carry their brand across every touchpoint, from business cards to promotional materials. As an early-stage company working closely with its founding team, the stakes were high: every design decision had to communicate their values clearly, resonate with their target audience, and hold up across both digital and print formats. The challenge was not simply aesthetic. It required translating an evolving brand vision — shaped by input from both the CEO and CMO — into a consistent, scalable visual language, all under the time pressures typical of a startup environment.
Our Approach
Helion360 began the engagement by conducting a deep-dive discovery session with the founding team to understand the company's tone, audience, and competitive positioning. Rather than treating the logo as an isolated deliverable, the team approached the project as a full identity system from the outset. The primary wordmark and icon were developed using vector-native workflows in Adobe Illustrator, with color palette exploration grounded in color theory to ensure emotional resonance and cross-medium consistency. Once the core logo suite was approved, the system was extended into supporting assets — business cards, branded stationery, and promotional graphics — each built to reinforce the same visual logic. Throughout the process, the team maintained close collaboration with the client's leadership to ensure alignment at every stage, iterating quickly based on structured feedback rather than open-ended revision cycles.
The Outcome
The final deliverable was a complete brand identity system that gave Viva Company a confident, professional visual presence from day one. The package included a multi-variant logo suite, a defined color palette, typography standards, and a suite of branded collateral ready for both print production and digital deployment. Business card layouts were delivered in print-ready format, and all source files were handed over in fully editable vector format for long-term scalability. The founding team had a cohesive visual language they could apply independently going forward, reducing the friction that often slows early-stage companies when extending their brand.
Helion360 brings the same structured, strategy-first approach to every brand identity engagement — whether it is a startup building from scratch or an established company looking to refresh its visual system.
