The Challenge
A fast-growing tech startup came to us at a critical inflection point. They were scaling their team and expanding across multiple digital platforms, but their visual identity had never been formally established — leaving their website, advertising creatives, and brand materials inconsistent and disconnected. The challenge was not simply designing a logo or a landing page in isolation; the client needed a unified design language that could stretch across a website system, paid ad formats, and broader branding touchpoints, all while reflecting the energy and ambition of a company moving quickly in a competitive market. With no existing brand standards to build from and tight timelines driven by product launch pressure, the scope demanded strategic thinking as much as executional craft.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this engagement as a brand-first design system build rather than a collection of one-off deliverables. The process began with a brand discovery phase, where the team worked closely with the client's creative director to align on tone, positioning, and visual direction. From there, a core visual identity was developed — including typography hierarchy, a primary and secondary color palette, iconography style, and logo variations — all documented into a working brand kit within Figma.
With the brand foundation locked, the team moved into designing the full website layout as a modular Figma system, building reusable component libraries that would allow the client's internal team to scale the design without needing to start from scratch on each new page. Ad creative templates were then developed across key formats — social display, static paid social, and banner variants — all built to sit coherently within the same visual system. Throughout the project, all work was organized into clearly labeled Figma files with structured pages, making handoff straightforward for any developer or future designer.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a complete, production-ready design system: a full brand identity package including logo suite and brand guidelines, a multi-page website design built in Figma with a reusable component library, and a set of ad creative templates ready for immediate deployment across digital channels. The client launched their updated brand presence on schedule and gained a scalable design foundation that their internal team could operate independently going forward. The consistency across website, ads, and branding materials gave the startup a polished, credible visual presence that reflected the quality of their product — a meaningful asset as they entered a crowded market.
Helion360 continues to support startups that need design thinking applied at both the strategic and executional level, not just pixel-level production.
