Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a coherent visual language that could anchor all three deliverables. A consistent color palette, a clean and readable typeface pairing, and a structured layout grid were defined before any individual asset was designed. This ensured that the estimate template, invoice, and business cards would feel like a unified suite rather than disconnected pieces. The estimate template was structured for clarity — with clearly defined line-item sections, space for terms, and an intuitive layout that could be filled out and emailed without confusion. The invoice followed the same structural logic while incorporating brand elements more prominently, reinforcing identity at every client touchpoint. The business cards were designed to be compact and impactful, featuring the company logo, a brief mission statement, and contact details in a layout that read well both digitally and in print. All files were delivered in editable formats so the client could make future adjustments independently.

The project delivered a cohesive three-piece brand document suite — a professional estimate template, a branded invoice design, and a print-ready business card set — all built around a unified visual identity.
