The Challenge
A fast-growing e-commerce startup approached us mid-campaign with a pressing need: their digital touchpoints — promotional emails, campaign landing pages, and paid ads — were all designed in isolation, creating a fragmented experience for shoppers. Each asset had been built by a different hand at a different time, and the visual inconsistency was undermining trust and conversion. The client needed a cohesive, modern UI/UX system that could unify these three channels under a single design language, all within a tight turnaround. The challenge was not just aesthetic — every element needed to be conversion-oriented, mobile-friendly, and aligned with how real online shoppers browse, skim, and click.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing creative assets to identify gaps in visual consistency, hierarchy, and interaction design. From there, a unified design system was established — covering typography, color palette, spacing rules, button styles, and component patterns — that could be applied consistently across email templates, landing page layouts, and ad creatives.
For the email designs, the team developed modular, responsive templates with clean sectioning and subtle motion cues to guide the reader's eye toward key CTAs. The landing pages were structured around a clear conversion funnel: bold hero sections, scannable benefit blocks, and prominent action buttons positioned at natural decision points. For the ad creatives, the focus was on high-contrast visual hierarchy that could communicate the offer within seconds, without overwhelming the viewer — incorporating lightweight interactive elements where the format allowed.
Throughout the process, every design decision was validated against usability principles — ensuring tap targets were appropriately sized, contrast ratios met accessibility standards, and the visual flow matched real user behavior patterns in e-commerce environments.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete, production-ready UI/UX asset suite: a set of branded email templates, fully designed landing page layouts, and a series of digital ad creatives — all unified under a cohesive design system. The startup launched their campaign with consistent branding across every customer touchpoint, removing the visual fragmentation that had previously diluted their messaging. The structured landing pages offered clearer paths to conversion, while the ad creatives were built to perform across multiple placements without requiring individual redesigns.
Helion360 brings the same systems-thinking approach to every digital design project — ensuring that visual consistency and conversion logic work together, not against each other.
