The Challenge
An Austin-based tech startup had spent a year building traction in its niche and was ready to match its market momentum with a stronger visual presence. The founder had an existing logo they were proud of, but felt the design no longer reflected the company's growth or ambition. Beyond the logo, the business needed a suite of web and social media banners that could communicate energy and credibility across digital touchpoints — all while staying visually consistent. On top of that, a Canva-based redesign of their existing Jotform customer inquiry form was needed to streamline the customer journey and ensure the brand experience extended beyond the website. The complexity lay not in any single deliverable, but in ensuring every element — logo, banners, and form design — felt like part of one unified, modern visual system rather than a patchwork of isolated assets.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a brand audit, reviewing the existing logo and identifying what was worth preserving versus what needed to evolve. The core equity in the minimalist visual identity and innovation-forward symbolism was retained, but the mark was refined for greater visual impact and scalability across both digital and print contexts. Once the updated logo direction was locked in, the team established a tight visual language — color palette, typographic hierarchy, and iconographic style — that would govern all downstream assets. Web and social media banners were then designed in multiple formats, each crafted to convey excitement and professionalism without visual clutter. Finally, the Jotform customer inquiry experience was rebuilt in Canva, applying the same brand system to ensure a seamless, on-brand touchpoint in the customer journey.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete, cohesive visual identity system across three distinct asset categories: a modernized logo with scalable variations, a full set of web and social media banners in platform-ready dimensions, and a redesigned Canva form template that aligned the customer inquiry experience with the refreshed brand. Every deliverable operated as part of a single, consistent visual language — giving the startup a polished, market-ready presence that matched the quality of its product. The founder received assets that could be immediately deployed across the website, social channels, and customer-facing communications without requiring additional design work.
Helion360 works with early-stage and growth-phase tech companies that need their brand to look as ambitious as their product roadmap. If your visual identity hasn't kept pace with your business, we can help close that gap.
