The Challenge
A growing startup needed three distinct yet visually unified graphic design deliverables to establish its brand presence across digital and print channels. The asks were ambitious in scope: a modern, versatile logo that could hold up in both color and black-and-white formats; a scalable icon set representing core business pillars such as growth, technology, and community; and a data-driven infographic that communicated a year's worth of company growth in a clear, engaging format. The complexity lay not just in executing each piece individually, but in ensuring all three felt like parts of the same cohesive visual identity — something that could carry the startup's innovative identity across social media, promotional materials, and web headers without losing consistency or impact.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a shared design vocabulary before any visual execution took place. A brief discovery phase identified the startup's tone — modern, forward-leaning, and community-driven — which informed every creative decision that followed. For the logo, multiple concept directions were explored before converging on a mark that balanced simplicity with personality, ensuring it remained legible and versatile at all sizes and in monochrome. The icon set was developed in a unified line-weight style, with each symbol distilled to its clearest, most recognizable form — scalable for use in app interfaces, presentations, and marketing collateral alike. The infographic was approached as both a data design and a storytelling exercise: raw growth statistics were structured into a clear visual hierarchy, with layout decisions made to guide the reader's eye naturally from headline metric to supporting detail. All final assets were delivered as vector files in both PNG and EPS formats, with at least three concept sketches presented per deliverable to support collaborative iteration.
The Outcome
The project resulted in a complete three-part visual identity package — a polished startup logo, a clean and scalable icon set spanning key business themes, and a publication-ready growth infographic — all sharing a unified aesthetic system. The client received print- and screen-ready files in multiple formats, giving them immediate flexibility to deploy assets across social media, their website, and offline materials. The iterative, feedback-driven process ensured each design was refined to match the brand's voice before final delivery, minimizing back-and-forth and maximizing usable output.
