The Challenge
GreenThumb Designs, an Austin-based eco-friendly apparel brand, arrived at a critical juncture: a full brand overhaul timed to a product launch at the start of September. The founder needed three interconnected deliverables — a versatile primary logo, custom t-shirt graphic designs tailored to environmentally conscious millennials, and a promotional reveal video that brought the brand's sustainability story to life — all completed within a tight three-week window. The complexity lay not just in the volume of deliverables, but in the need for cohesion. Every asset had to feel unmistakably part of the same visual universe: organic, modern, and rooted in genuine environmental values. A mismatched logo, a generic apparel graphic, or a flat video could undermine the entire launch narrative before the brand even reached its first customer.
Our Approach
Helion360 opened the engagement with a focused discovery session to extract the brand's core visual language — earthy yet energetic, minimal yet expressive. The team established a unified design direction before a single pixel was placed, ensuring the logo, apparel graphics, and video all spoke the same visual dialect.
For the logo, the team explored organic mark concepts that could scale cleanly across hang tags, embroidery, and digital marketing materials alike. The final direction combined botanical form with a clean typographic lockup that read well at any size. For the t-shirt graphics, the team developed a series of original illustrated designs that leaned into GreenThumb's sustainability narrative — each graphic purposefully crafted to feel wearable, collectible, and story-driven rather than overtly promotional. The reveal video was produced as a short-form promotional asset, animating the product transformation from flat design to finished garment, reinforcing both the craft and the environmental story behind each piece.
Throughout the process, feedback cycles were kept tight and structured, allowing the client to review and approve at each stage without disrupting the overall timeline.

The complete brand identity system — including the finalized logo suite, a set of original t-shirt graphic designs, and a polished product reveal video — was delivered within the agreed three-week timeline, fully ready for the September launch.
