The Challenge
A growing startup came to us at a critical stage of brand formation — they had a product direction and a sense of personality, but no cohesive visual system to show for it. What they needed was not simply a logo, but a full suite of brand assets spanning static identity marks, print-ready sticker graphics, and animated logo treatments (often referred to as "live logos") for use across digital channels. The complexity was layered: each asset type required a different production approach, yet all three had to feel unmistakably consistent. The team had tight deadlines, a clear-but-evolving creative vision, and high expectations for craft — making this a project that demanded both strategic thinking and executional precision across multiple design disciplines simultaneously.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by running a structured brand discovery phase, working closely with the startup's team to extract the core personality, tone, and market positioning the brand needed to reflect. Rather than designing assets in isolation, the team built a unified visual language first — establishing a primary color palette, typeface pairing, and design motifs that would carry across all three deliverable types.
The primary logo was developed in multiple lockup configurations to ensure flexibility across use cases — horizontal, stacked, and icon-only variants. From there, the sticker graphics were designed as an extension of the brand world: expressive, on-character, and optimized for both print production and digital use. Finally, the animated logo asset was brought to life using motion principles that reinforced the brand's energy without overcomplicating the mark — clean transitions, purposeful timing, and output formats suited to social media, video intros, and web use.
Throughout the project, the team maintained a collaborative working process, sharing work-in-progress screens and iterating based on structured feedback rounds to keep the vision aligned.
The Outcome
The startup received a complete, production-ready visual identity system comprising a primary logo suite with multiple lockup variations, a set of branded sticker graphics designed for both digital and physical application, and an animated logo asset delivered in formats ready for immediate deployment across social and digital platforms.
