The Challenge
The client came to us with a fragmented visual identity spread across multiple digital touchpoints. Their brand lacked a consistent motion language and graphic system that could scale — assets created for social media looked disconnected from web graphics, and animated content felt ad hoc rather than purposeful. What they needed was not just a designer, but a strategic visual partner who could unify their brand presence through a cohesive motion and graphics framework built to work across Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite. The complexity lay in the breadth of the deliverables: static infographics, animated brand elements, social-first motion content, and reusable design components — all of which had to feel like they came from the same visual world.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the client's existing visual assets to identify inconsistencies in typography, color application, iconography, and motion style. From that foundation, the team established a unified design language — defining motion principles, graphic treatments, and animation timing that could be applied systematically rather than recreated from scratch each time. Working across Figma for UI-adjacent graphics and component systems, Canva for scalable team-facing templates, and Adobe After Effects and Illustrator for polished animated and static outputs, the team built every asset with reusability and brand fidelity in mind. Animated graphics were designed with loopable, platform-optimized formats in mind, ensuring they performed equally well as social content, website hero visuals, and digital campaign materials. Each deliverable was documented within a structured brand motion guide so the client's internal team could maintain consistency going forward.
The Outcome
The engagement produced a complete brand motion and graphics system — including animated brand idents, a suite of social media motion templates, infographic layouts, and platform-ready graphic assets — all cohesively tied to the client's visual identity. The client's digital presence immediately reflected a more polished, intentional brand experience, with assets that were not only visually compelling but operationally scalable. Internal teams were equipped with Canva and Figma templates they could deploy independently, reducing future production friction significantly.
Helion360 continues to support clients who need their brand to move with the same confidence it speaks — turning scattered visual needs into structured, scalable design systems.
