The Challenge
A fast-growing startup was preparing to launch a multi-platform marketing campaign and needed a cohesive library of digital assets — fast. The brief called for approximately 30 article header images and 10 advert graphics, all built in Canva so the internal team could edit and repurpose them independently after delivery. The complexity lay not just in the volume, but in the brand requirement: the startup had a distinctive fresh, modern aesthetic that needed to translate consistently across very different asset formats — from long-form editorial headers to performance-driven ad creatives. Misalignment between any of these touchpoints risked diluting the brand at exactly the moment it was trying to make a strong first impression.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a clear visual framework before a single asset was produced. The startup's brand language — typography, color palette, spacing principles, and imagery style — was distilled into a working design system that would govern all 40+ pieces. From there, the team designed article header images with editorial clarity, ensuring each one felt on-brand while remaining flexible enough to support different content topics. The advert graphics were approached separately, optimized for attention and click-through across social and display placements. Every asset was built natively in Canva with clearly labeled, fully unlocked layers so the client's team could swap out copy, images, and colors without breaking the layout. Tight turnaround requirements were met through a batched delivery workflow, allowing the client to review and approve assets in structured rounds rather than waiting for a single large drop.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete library of over 40 production-ready Canva assets — 30 article header images and 10 advert graphics — all formatted for multi-platform use and fully editable by the client's internal team. The unified visual system meant that whether a user encountered the brand on a blog, a social feed, or a display network, the look and feel remained cohesive and recognizable. The startup launched its campaign on schedule with a polished, scalable asset library it could continue to build on independently, significantly reducing its ongoing reliance on external design support for routine content updates.
Helion360 brings the same structured, brand-first approach to every creative campaign — ensuring the assets delivered on day one remain useful and on-brand long after launch.
